Coaching founders like you is my life's work, so I'm glad you've found your way here.
Over the last 15 years, I've been a long-term coach to 100+ founders and CEOs — from seed-stage startups to billion-dollar unicorns. I've trained over 1,000 startup leaders on the inner and interpersonal skills needed to stay sane, lead better, and build businesses and lives they actually want.
I bring the lessons, stories, and patterns from every founder I've worked with into every conversation. My clients aren't just supported by me — they're supported by the collective wisdom of every entrepreneur I've worked with before them.
I graduated from Stanford with a degree in Management Science & Engineering, co-authored a leadership book called The Inside-Out Effect, and facilitate Stanford Business School's most popular leadership course, Interpersonal Dynamics.
When I'm not coaching, I spend my time doing Sunday dinners, improv game nights, kitesurfing trips, and guitar jam sessions with my family and close friends. I live in San Rafael, CA with my wife, Rachel, and our Aussie pup, Charlie — both of whom keep me on my toes and grounded in what matters most.
